1. Who you're contracting with

takeyourspot.co.uk is operated by Takeyourspot, London, United Kingdom. Contact: hello@takeyourspot.co.uk.

2. The service

takeyourspot.co.uk is a public pay-to-rank leaderboard. You pay to list a URL or @handle, and your rank is determined entirely by the cumulative amount bid on that listing relative to others. Full mechanics — minimum bids, claim pricing, and how decay works — are set out on the Rules page, which forms part of these terms.

3. Payment

All prices are in GBP. Minimum bid for a new listing is £5. Payment is processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details. Bids are final and non-refundable once confirmed — you're paying for a rank position at the moment of payment, not a guaranteed outcome, traffic level, or click count.

4. What you can list

You may list a URL or social handle you have the right to promote. You must not list content that is illegal under UK law, sexually explicit, hateful, or knowingly misleading. We reserve the right to remove any listing that breaches this without refund, and to refuse service to anyone.

5. No guarantee of outcome

We don't guarantee any particular level of traffic, clicks, or visibility from a listing — the board's popularity varies and is outside our control. The service is provided "as is."

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Takeyourspot's total liability to you arising from your use of takeyourspot.co.uk is limited to the amount you've paid us in the preceding 3 months. We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost business or lost opportunity. Nothing in these terms limits liability where the law doesn't allow it — for example, liability for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence.

7. Changes

We may update these terms or the Rules page as the product evolves. Continued use after a change means you accept the update. Material changes will be reflected in the "last updated" date above.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
